Twice a year, the restaurant on the ground floor, need access to clean their ventilation equipment, which is located outside, at the rear of the property. They attend, accompanied by the manager and only need access for a couple of hours. They walk straight through the apartment and only ever enter again when they leave. We provide the door codes so guests do not need to stay in for their visit.
